Once your order has been delivered, you can write a review of the product. We encourage you to write a short review of the item(s) that you have received, as this will help other customers with similar needs. You can also accumulate reward points by writing a product review. The reward points are very useful as they can be used as a price deduction when you order specific products.
Click All Reviews to see other customers' reviews.
How to write a product review
You can click on "Review" on the Order History page.
Or you can click on "Delivered" on the Order History page or the Order information page.
Then, please click on "Write Review" to submit your review and rating for the product.
How to check your Reward Points
You can check the details of your reward points from "Account Your Reward Points".
How to use your Reward Points
1.Click the link below to take you to the product page.
2.Select a product from the above link. The reward points amount required for different products are different. You can select the option on the product page and click on "BUY NOW" directly.
3.Before you check out, scroll down to the bottom of the Check Out page, then enter the available reward points you have in your account and click on "SUBMIT".
4.You will now see that the product cost has been redeemed by your reward points. You can click on "CONFIRM & PAY" to complete the order.
5.If you have added the product to your shopping cart, you can click on the icon "+"" as the below picture shown and enter the reward points, then select "PARTIAL CHECKOUT" or "CHECK OUT" to continue the order.
