"Package Centers" are communal drop-off locations where the courier can leave your package until you are able to pick it up. The package centre could be any of the following: The front desk of your company or your apartment building, guardhouse, mail room, the super market downstairs, or even the management office in your compound.
Once the package has been left at a package center, you will receive a phone message from the courier advising where the package has been delivered. Once you received this notification you can pick up your package at your earliest convenience.
