PandaBoo supports international shipping to whether you are an overseas customer or sending that perfect something home for family and friends.
When you place an internationally shipped order with us, we guarantee Chinese customs clearance and will bear full responsibility for any problems that may arise during the process.
In the receiving country, the consignee does not normally need to handle customs clearance, however for a few countries that may not be the case. If this happens we are willing to do everything we can to help you solve any issues that may occur.
In most cases, the overseas order payment will cover all the tariffs. Some high-value cargoes however may incur extra tariffs which will need to be paid by the consignee.
To order items to be shipped outside Chinese mainland, just follow the below steps:
Step 1 Place an order as normal.

Select an existing foreign address or create a new foreign address for both Billing Details and Delivery Address.
Step 3
Choose a shipping method and your preferred payment method.
For overseas orders, we suggest you choose the last option 'Get Quotes by Email'. Our team will confirm the final shipping fee with you after checking the items in your order and then send you the quote by email. You do not need to pay for the whole order until you have received final confirmation from us.

If you choose to pay with WeChat or Alipay, please note that the order you submit and pay for does not include international shipping fees. After clicking on "CONFIRM & SUBMIT," our team will send you a separate email with the quote for international shipping fees. You can choose to confirm and pay the shipping fee to proceed with the order. If you decide not to continue with the order after receiving the shipping fee quote, you can directly request cancellation or contact us to cancel the order. In such cases, we will provide a full refund.
