Receiving Refunds

Once you have returned the product back to the supplier (usually 2 to 5 days for China domestic shipping), the supplier will check to see if the product is in good condition to sell again. The supplier will then confirm receipt and send a refund to PandaBoo and in turn PandaBoo will then send a refund to you immediately.

The refund sent to you from PandaBoo will be in the form of your original payment method. Within 5 minutes you should receive a refund notification.

Examples Of Refunds

WeChat Pay

If you paid for your order by WeChat balance then the refund will go back to your WeChat balance.

If you paid for your order by a bank card that you added in WeChat then the refund will be returned to your bank account.

Alipay

If you paid for your order by AliPay balance then the refund will go back to your AliPay balance.

If you paid for your order by a bank card that you added in AliPay then the refund will be returned to your bank account.

PayPal or Credit/Debit Card

If you paid for your order by PayPal or Credit/Debit card then the refund will go to your PandaBoo wallet.You can withdraw the money at any time and put it back into your PayPal or bank account of your Credit/Debit card.

Get Quotes by Email

If you selected Get Quotes by Email as the payment method, You will pay with Paypal or Credit / Debit Cards. The refund will go to your PandaBoo wallet. You can withdraw the money at any time and put it back into your PayPal or bank account of your Credit/Debit card.

Wallet/Store Credit

If the payment has deducted Store Credit from your PandaBoo wallet, the amount of the store credit will be returned to your PandaBoo wallet too. You can withdraw the money at any time and put it back into your PayPal or bank account of your Credit/Debit card.

NOTE: Please be advised that the refund that is issued is for 100% of the product costs you originally paid. Some suppliers don’t issue a refund for the shipping cost you paid when it’s not considered a supplier issue.

Once we refund you the payment you will receive a notification through WeChat, as well as an E-mail notification.
