Delivery time for Super Mall products
Most Super Mall products will be shipped from a local warehouse near your address, which can be delivered within 12 - 48 hours by JD express/logistics after your order has been processed.
Packages shipped by JD express/logistics can be hand-delivered to you.
When receiving your package from the delivery man you will usually encounter these types of scenarios.
1.They will knock directly at your door, and hand deliver the package to you.
2.When they arrive at the front entrance of your building, or at the front gate of your complex, if the guards do not allow them to come inside, they will call you and ask you to pick up the package.
Note: We always have our contact numbers on the packages. If the courier could not get in touch with you or could not communicate with you in English, they will call us and we will notice you accordingly. You can also contact us on Live Chat or WeChat if there's any trouble to receive your package(s).
NOTE: A few products from Super Mall could not be delivered within 12 - 48 hours since they are not in stock in the local warehouse and need to be shipped from some other warehouses far from your address. Normally it will take 2 - 5 days for these products to be delivered after the order has been processed.
If you would like to make sure that the product from Super Mall can be delivered in 12 - 48 hours before you place the order, please contact us on Live Chat or WeChat and provide us the Product Code. We will check with the supplier and let you know the estimated delivery time for the product.
Delivery time for Marketplace & Wholesale products
For products from Marketplace and Wholesale, the suppliers normally ship out the package within 24 - 72 hours after your order has been processed. Most often you will receive the package within 2 - 5 days.

NOTE: Sometimes when you purchase a large item like furniture, the cost doesn't cover in-home delivery. You will need to pay an additional fee for this service. For a situation like this you have a choice. You can either pick it up by yourself when the package arrives at your building's entrance, or the front gate of your compound.
