Most of the products that you purchase on PandaBoo have a warranty within Mainland China. Different products also have different warranties. If you experience an issue with your product, please follow the steps below and we will help you to claim your warranty.

Step 1 - Contact us on Live Chat or WeChat, and provide us the order ID to claim the warranty.

Step 2 - We will check what the warranty is for your product and advise you.

Step 3 - If your product is covered under warranty then we will help you to claim it from the supplier and arrange a repair or even an exchange for you, according to different warranty policies for different products.
