Products Not Accepted For Returns & Exchanges
For products that are purchased in the Marketplace you usually get 3 days after the day of receipt to do a return .
Return & Refund Procedure:
1st Step - Contact us to declare the return & refund request.
2nd Step - We will check your request, then approve it, and provide you with a return address.
3rd Step - Ship the package; at your cost to the address provided. OR, We can arrange a courier to pick up the package from your address and the associated cost will be paid for by you.
4th Step - Once the supplier has received the package, we will issue a full refund.
For exchanges on marketplace products you can return & get a refund for the current product. In the meantime, please buy a new/correct one from PandaBoo.
