How to Schedule a Donation Pickup

Schedule a clothing donation is simple.

Place an order of only ￥1.00 here.

Select the address where the donations will be picked up from.

Leave a message in the order comments, such as, 'Clothing Donation'.

Confirm and pay ￥1.00 to complete the order.

We will contact you in 24 hours once the order is placed to make an appointment with you for the free pickup of the clothing.

Please donate:

√       Good quality and clean adults' and children's clothing

Please don't give us:

×        Overly damaged or stained clothes

Please be noticed that the weight of your clothing donation each time should be NO LESS THAN 5KG.

Tips for Decluttering Your Wardrobe

1. Lay your wardrobe out in your room and split into two piles: the items you wear often and the items you don't seem to wear as much.

2. Take the items you don't wear as much and try on each piece as part of an outfit. By doing this you can see what you like and don't like, what doesn't fit, and what you realistically won't wear anymore.

3. Gather the clothes you no longer want or need and check they're undamaged, unsoiled, and of good quality. If you wouldn’t give it to a friend don’t donate it.

4. Pack your donations with bags or boxes and leave them outside your door or wait for the SF courier to come to pick them up after scheduling with us.
